I was inspired to build the steamer trunk after watching Norm Abram build this project on the “New Yankee Workshop”, a DIY show on PBS television. I ordered all the hardware from the same supplier as Norm. The “New Yankee Workshop” website features some of the projects that I’ve built, including this one.
